We give store credit valued at 25% of the cover price for most paperback books in good condition. Credit for hardcovers varies, depending on genre, printing date, author, condition, etc.
We accept mass market and trade paperbacks and select hardcovers in most genres. We may decline to accept any book due to overstock, condition or content. If we decline a book, we will be happy to donate it for you.
We do not accept for credit:
Most of our used books are priced at 1/2 the cover price. Store credit may be applied for up to 50% of our price on used books only. Credit cannot be used on new books or special orders. However, new books (including special orders) are generally discounted 20% off the cover price.
Return Policy:
Used books may be returned or exchanged, but they must still be in sellable condition, unless the book was damaged when it was purchased.
New books must be returned in new condition. If they are no longer in new condition, we will be happy to accept them for store credit.
Special orders must be returned in new condition and require an additional $15 restocking fee to cover the price of our return to our supplier.
